Abstract

Abstract

During this time there were still many cases of violence against women that were carried out arbitrarily without reasons which were sometimes unclear. Violence that happens to women today is violence against individuals and can even be in groups. In Indonesia, violence is a problem that is considered common, which should receive special attention, but the reality is already one of the usual events. This is contrary to the rights and obligations of every citizen which is useful to get a sense of security and also free from all forms of violence. Violence experienced by women is a form of cruelty to the dignity of human beings, it can also be said that one of the discriminatory violations of human rights. Women who are supposed to get comfort, love, are free from the treatment that leads to a threat but are targeted and even victims of violence.
